The beach wedding of Mr. Jhunjhunwala was a three day long larger-than-life affair. Guests from across the world had gathered at Centara Grand Mirage to witness the bravura celebration. The guests relished each of the delicacies prepared by our chefs from breakfast till the suppers. South Indian preparations were savoured by all guests as their morning meal.
The lunches and gala dinners had a thematic setup, ambience and servings on all days. We also conducted a mehendi ceremony on a Rajasthani theme where in the authentic food of the land was served. This was a particularly delightful experience for the foreigner guests.

The destination wedding of Mr. Ishwar’s daughter was beautifully organised on the beach of Pattaya. The grand celebration was a five-day affair in the most luxurious venue of the city, Hotel Grand Centara Mirage. Mr. Raj, groom’s father, particularly cherished the chaats and other Indian delicacies because he is a resident of Dubai and hardly gets a chance to taste authentic Indian flavours. This was the platform where the Indians who are settled in Dubai could relive the good old aroma and taste of authentic delicacies of India.

Mr. Sahil Shah, the groom expressed his desire to have a plush Indian wedding which would cover all traditional rituals. The event was organised on mega scale in different hotels from Hua- Hin to Bangkok. It was a challenge for FAH team to coordinate all the activity of food and beverage production and service while taking care of minute-by-minute detail of logistics. The grand Kothari Hirawat wedding was spread over five days and across different locations. There was something new to offer to the guests each day. The wedding function was solemnized at ROYAL JUBILEE IMPACT BALLROOM which is one of the biggest ballrooms in Thailand and has witnessed about a hundreds of Indian couples tying their marital knots.

This venue was carefully selected by the Gundecha ji for his son’s wedding with the daughter of Aggarwal’s (Haldiram Bhujia, Kolkata). Gundecha ji gave us the privilege for catering the second time since he was overjoyed with his first experience with FAH. Everything including food, services, uniforms, setups was prim and proper with utmost finesse and skills.

It was the occasion of the 50th birthday of Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Financial Wizards of Dalai Streets.
