Mr. Ajay Singhal of OM Logistics called our service team to look after the function of his younger daughter’s wedding recently. This is the second time he chose us as he had a memorable experience with us in the past during his elder daughter’s wedding.
We had organised the street food carnival wherein we served popular chaats from across the nation; the best flavours from the famous streets of India were displayed and served from beautiful modern carts with utmost hygiene.
We also offered the Vineyard concept for their foreigner clients. They were mesmerised to see the mini vineyard which was made up of wooden casks and had the world class wine with varieties of cheese fondue, roasted fruits, marinated olives and nuts on the cheese board.
We created memories by offering a wide selection of region wise international cuisine & choices of desserts. The tempting chocolate station grabbed attention of all chocolate lovers where they enjoyed assorted chocolate truffles, live chocolate making, hot chocolate station and chocolate fountain with fruits, cakes, cookies and savouries to dip in. Besides, the Nitro-Banta was the greatest hit amongst the millennials & kids.

Mr. Bindal, the visionary business leader decided to escape the ordinary with Food Art Hospitality. FAH designed an experiential culinary journey exclusively for the baraat assembly that had set the tone of the indelible wedding day. The elated baratis were welcomed with finest TWG teas, global street food, rejuvenating fusion beverages coupled with chocolate dipped fruits and pizza cookies.
The mock duck station & Asian satay were the show stoppers. Our authentic Indian flavors with innovative fusion street food were relished by attendees of all ages. FAH unveiled the pop-up restaurant concepts “Paaktra” (Indian) & “Oishi Umami” (Japanese) that stole the show as guests loved the experience of fine dining in the wedding celebration.

Mr. Khemka’s Son’s Wedding
Khemkas being food lovers have a great taste for International cuisines. So at their son’s wedding we presented an elaborate cuisine wise food itinerary with motley collection of dishes which aptly suited their taste buds. We did a pop up restaurant concept, “Modern Oriental Kitchen”, with sushi rail Island, which was strikingly attractive as they enjoyed the sight of their food getting ready and being served on the revolving magnet rail. This was a blockbuster as guests experienced the pleasure of unique fine dining and personalised service at the wedding function.

For Sachdevas, there is no greater love than the love for food and at their daughter’s wedding we got the opportunity to grow and nurture this love even deeper. The man behind the Gemco Control Ltd., a perfectionist, pinned immense faith on FAH and we proudly lived up to his expectations by showcasing the flavours from all across the globe under one roof with exemplary services and astonished culinary arrangement. The buffet was innovatively styled with modern artifacts, and also a “Quintessential Quinoa” station was set up where salads and other creative recipes with quinoa as the main ingredient were served.
Mr. Mac Duggal’s Daughter’s Pre Wedding Celebration

The man who is a brand in himself, Mac Duggal, an eclectic designer, chose us to cater at their daughter’s pre wedding function. We crafted a menu with varied fusion food selections and set out an exquisite buffet to match his whimsical style. We also served exclusive gluten free dishes to Sant Rajinder Singh Maharaj ji. Mrs. Duggal was stunned to see an array of dishes & the majestic show of gastronomic itinerary. The NRI guests appreciated the freshness and quality of the food as our chefs had artistically toned down the spices to suit their palate.
Mr. Pawan Gupta’s Son’s Pre Wedding Celebration
FAH became the talk of the town by catering at the pre wedding function of Mr. Pawan Gupta’s son. The big shots of the city relished the diverse flavours of Indian Street food served by us in the pre dining course, among which Kanpur ki makhan chaat won many hearts because of its creamy & buttery mouthfeel and long-lasting taste. Groom’s friends were delighted with the garden fresh salads curated by our salad experts. We ensured that there was minimum waiting and no queues at any food station by placing separate plates for every cuisine. Matte, black crackled plates at the Thai attracted a large number of guests resulting in maximum foot fall at this station.
Mr. Naresh Shah’s Daughter’s Reception Lunch at Surat

Mr. Naresh and his family are real food enthusiasts, their invitees covered all spectrum of people, so the proposed menu had a big switch of cuisines as the gentry ranged from business executives, typical Gujaratis to modern and health conscious youngsters. The menu was crafted and strategized according to the Jain taste, without onion & garlic and non root vegetables. The spread was lavish and detailed, with a greater inclination towards the continental food. The multi-cuisine menu had the WOW factors that was highly appreciated and praised by the guests.
All the tablescapes had beautifully designed menu booklets and colored napkins with the wedding logo, to give personalised attention to every attendee.
The family was extremely delighted to see the concept of Ala carte at the grand sajjan goth, i.e. all the items on the menu were prepared and served hot exclusively to the guests on order. This instilled a feeling of a fine dining restaurant rather than a traditional sajjan goth family lunch.
Mr. Juneja’s Reception Dinner
Mr. Juneja’s reception was a forum where we got a chance to flaunt our next generation innovation and creativity in food style and art.
It’s been over a decade that we have been serving them our flavoursome food with fervent hospitality.
This time, we served popular dishes from the Korean and the Modern Indian Cuisine which were highly appreciated by the Mankind family. We wooed the guests by offering two pop up restaurants, “Italiana” & “Oriental Kitchen”. We presented a scrumptious four course menu with a fine dining setup for the restaurants where the attendees relished the food while “Our Chefs in Action” created a visual delight in the Live Kitchen, where the food was exclusively crafted as per the orders.
Other major attractions included the live preparation of succulent wontons and starters service in accessorized trays by our foreigner stewards.The youngsters went gaga over the fusion desserts such as Gulab Jamun cheesecake, Gajar Halwa chocolate balls and assorted fruit ghevar.
Mr. Dua’s Son’s Reception
A show that dazzled every single soul was the opulent wedding reception of Mr. Dua’s son. The event was a beautiful amalgamation of grandeur flair and glory that witnessed big shots of the society. The Relaxo family and their guests were taken on a culinary voyage around the globe with our exclusive international cuisines in a fine dining set up. The immaculate service and gracious hospitality by our foreigner butlers exceeded the expectations of the guests and won many hearts.
We curated a tailor made dessert bar that was designed and handcrafted by our executive pastry chefs. The symphony of exquisite taste, texture and aroma had transported the guests to an exotic oasis like never before. The dessert game was topped by the scintillating chocolate ball on fire and went viral among the attendees.
