It was a magnificent honor to serve at the wedding ceremony of the daughter of Mr. Anil Gupta, Microtek Group and the son of Mr. Braham, K.R.Mangalam Group. The food menu was kept lavishing with flavours inspired from the cuisines of the Far East and Europe. Adding to the tickling joy of our “Mango Carnival”, our South Indian chefs pleased the guests with delicious south indian dishes. To serve a guestlist of more than 3500 people at Umrao, was indeed exuberantly exciting.
It was truly delightful to be a part of a majestic celebration of Mr. Ajay Singhal’s daughter’s wedding at Umrao, where we launched our exclusive setup. The Plush setup included the cuisine wine menu layout and concepts like ‘Culinary Innovation by Food Art Chefs’ and ‘Make Your Own Salad’ which was highly appreciated by the attendees. An electric and satisfying fusion called the Cappuccino Spark comprising of the Indian and International sweets mainly the chenna, cake sponge and tinge of cappuccino was also enjoyed well by the guests.
ENN ENN CORP
Mr. Naresh Shah of Enn Enn Corp son’s wedding at Surat, no disposable material was used even at chaat. All items were served in bone china. The wedding logo was embossed on napkins. Salad counters were thematic and sit down arrangements were epitome of fine dining. We got the maximum satisfaction when the host rated us as the best among all caterers who were hired for three back to back functions.
Mr. Juneja gave us the pleasure to cater at their son’s reception. Prior to this Mr. Juneja’s daughter’s wedding with Mr. Sikri’s son was also catered by us to the entire satisfaction of the families. Our enthusiastic staff served divine drinks and luscious food to the guests in exquisite ambience. We even matched the food name tags to the theme and the salad bar was elaborately designed on grass mats.
BHARAT BANSAL WEDDING
From time and again, having catered to many functions of the Bansal family, renowned ship brakers of Bhavnagar, it was a great feeling to serve at Mr. Bharat Bansal’s Sangeet, Cocktail and Wedding held at Umrao followed by reception at Bhavnagar. On all the three functions, keeping our skills in priority, the team of Food Art managed to cater variety of impressions on the crockery, chafing dishes, uniforms, presentation and cuisines.
We had the privilege of catering to 2000 guest at jubilee function of Mr. Greeven Khaarawala. Different cuisines were blended in nice way prepared by authentic chefs arranged from different parts of the country. Mr. Greeven complimented AAP TOH AAGE KE LIYE PAKKE HO GAYE; Blissful food with soothing performance from Shiamak Davar was soul inspiring.
FAH was roped in for the auspicious reception ceremony hosted by Mr. Kamal Agarwal (Haldiram) for a whopping guest list of 3000. For this function, the team arranged two different sections and a sitout arena for 700 VIP guests. It was thrilling to serve the guests who were top notch politicians, bureaucrats and industrialists. As the day was to serve the food barons themselves, exclusive varieties of specialised chaats procured from all over the country as well as some of vegetable kebabs with luscious taste were presented as highlights.
SHIV BANSAL WEDDING
Mr. Shiv Bansal’s wedding at Ahmedabad was a truly electrifying experience. We had the honour of catering on all the functions. Three days in a row, Sagan Ceremony at YMCA lawns. BANSAL DA DHABA with Punjabi theme was set up, chefs from Punjab were called to serve the Punjabi delicacies even the stewards were dressed as Sardars. This was followed by Sangeet and wedding reception where we designed the menus according to the theme. All together this wedding was awarded as top wedding of the year by EEMA.
Food Art Hospitality had a gratifying honour to serve for the wedding of Mr. Rushil Das and Ms. Rashi Gupta at Nitesh Kunj, who were here from Toronto for this crucial celebration. Due care was taken while presenting our skilful preparations. The cuisines varied from a diversified categories and so were happily savoured by every guest. The whole event received applause for the sumptuous delicacies served with favourable presentation.
The team of Food Art was pleased to be an active part in the wedding of Mr. Sushil Singhal’s son, owner of Balajee events, that was held at Westin, Sohna Road. Be it the traditional cuisines or the tempting buffet or even the fusion of delicacies, from the taste to the presentation, every part of our service was appreciated and thus the event turned out to be an immense success in all.
