The commercial modular kitchen has an ergonomic design to maximize the productivity and minimize the staff movement. The area is well lit, ventilated & equipped with professional tools & machinery. The configuration of kitchen strictly adheres to the highest safety standards. The tactical outline of cooking area aids maintenance & regular cleaning process which ensures industrial hygiene standards. There are specialized storage & cooling chambers to maintain freshness of raw ingredients and food preparations. We have set up our Food Safety Management System that complies with the requirements of our kitchen.
